Rose Farida Reyhana Johnson co-founded BeeMorph Sdn. Bhd. in 2021, bringing more than 30 years of corporate and leadership experience spanning corporate governance, strategic planning, business development, investment, corporate affairs, organisational transformation and stakeholder relations. Her extensive experience provides BeeMorph with strong strategic insight into the governance, institutional and commercial environments in which its clients operate.

A graduate in Economics from Staffordshire University, United Kingdom, Rose has been a Licensed Company Secretary since 1996 and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Her career includes extensive experience with the Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) and its Tourism & Hospitality Group, providing her with deep understanding of Sarawak’s corporate, economic and stakeholder landscape.

Her strategic experience encompasses Board and governance advisory, corporate transformation, organisational restructuring, strategic and business planning, corporate positioning and brand transformation. She has played key roles in SEDC’s transformation agenda, including The Diamond Project, five-year strategic planning, restructuring initiatives designed to unlock business value and strengthen sustainability, and the rebranding of SEDC hotels and resorts.

Her governance experience is equally extensive, having served as Company Secretary to 19 companies within SEDC’s Tourism & Hospitality Group, advising Boards on governance, compliance and corporate responsibilities.

At BeeMorph, Rose brings together governance discipline, strategic business insight, transformation experience and deep Sarawak stakeholder understanding – strengthening the company’s ability to provide locally grounded, strategically informed counsel that connects communications with organisational and business priorities.
