Zalina Abdul Aziz brings close to 30 years of experience in strategic communications, media and government relations, stakeholder engagement, publishing, content development and NGO management. At BeeMorph, she provides strategic and creative counsel across communications, reputation, stakeholder engagement, corporate content, events and special projects.
Since 2019, Ninot has played a key strategic role in promoting Sarawak as a distinctive tourism and cultural destination, working closely with the Sarawak Tourism Board (STB) and the Ministry of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Sarawak (MTCP). She has led communications initiatives that strengthened Sarawak’s destination narratives and international visibility, including campaigns recognised with numerous industry accolades and three international awards from the World Communication Forum Association (WCFA), Davos, Switzerland, in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
An award-winning author and advocate of Malaysian heritage, Ninot brings a distinctive strength in strategic storytelling – transforming complex corporate, institutional and cultural narratives into compelling content that connects organisations with audiences. Her expertise spans corporate publications, thought leadership, editorial development, brand storytelling, events, protocol, and cultural and heritage communications.
Ninot is President of Persatuan Sastera Lisan Malaysia (PERSALIMA) and author of acclaimed works including NAGA, SITI, NIK & The Secrets of the Sunset Ship and HIKAYAT. Her expertise in Asian heritage has seen her speak at universities and forums across Malaysia, the United Kingdom, Singapore and Indonesia.
